Comparative Constitutional Studies is a new specialist forum for the publication of comparative public law, encompassing both constitutional and administrative law. ‘Comparative’ is broadly conceived, indicating an orientation that is global or transnational and outward-looking, rather than purely domestic or national and inward-looking. The journal aims to deepen and broaden existing coverage. We welcome submissions that utilise diverse methodologies and approaches, and that consider a variety of constitutional forms and practices.
